Rebate can be processed at the time of the appointment. Everyone is entitled to 10 rebates. Since the 1st July 2024, the rebate value for Clinical Psychology is $141.85. If you cancel this appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged in full.

All NDIS clients are charged 1 hour 20mins per appointment, at the NDIS Pricing. Fees are invoiced direct to the Plan Manager, for those clients. Your Insurer must provide me with approval before I can confirm the appointment. If this is not received in a timely manner you might be required to pay for the appointment yourself, and claim the money back from your insurer.
