Recommended sessions: Low-level Anxiety: 1 - 3 sessions Mid-Level Anxiety: 3 - 7 sessions High-Level anxiety/GAD: 7 - 12 sessions. Initial consultation During the initial consultation, we will have the chance to find out more about your mental health struggles and emotional distress. I might ask you questions about any previous experiences with counselling, your relationships, and your goals for therapy. The after-hours (5 pm to 8 pm), Saturday mornings (10 am to 1 pm), or extended appointments are available upon request and run for 55-60 minutes.
