Book this appointment whether you are a new or past client and need to see us through Worker's Compensation or ICWA (Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance). You will need a claim number to avoid out of pocket costs on the day. After your first appointment you can book the standard follow up consultations (does not need to be a specific Worker's comp folllow up)
