Beginning from a small office in Melbourne, Halaxy has grown to support thousands of practitioners and patients across more than 130 countries wanting to run better practices and improve health outcomes.
Our mission remains the same today as it was when we began that first day in 2012 - to improve the standard of healthcare for all.
When you join Halaxy, you join a platform that is ever-improving.
Alison Hardacre (Managing Director) and Lachlan Wheeler (Chief Operating Officer) co-founded Halaxy in 2012 to improve health outcomes for all.
Alison Hardacre drives Halaxy's global mission. Before Halaxy, Alison was an accomplished general manager in health and banking, and a director of numerous health organisations. She speaks five Asian languages, is a former Young Australian of the Year for community service, and holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and Law and Arts degrees from Monash University.
Lachlan Wheeler (Chief Operating Officer) leads development of Halaxy's technology, analytics and operations. Prior to Halaxy, Lachlan led global IT, operations and payments services at ANZ Bank. Lachlan holds Arts and Business degrees from Monash University and is a graduate of the Haas School of Business Entrepreneurship Executive Program.
Health systems around the world leave practitioners burdened with too much work and not enough time or resourcing and patients without the ability to access the care they need, when they need it.
Halaxy's mission is to improve health outcomes by bringing patients and practitioners together on a world-class health platform that helps solve the underlying issues in health.
